3.1 Service Fees: You agree to pay the service fees as specified at the time of booking. All payments must be made in accordance with our payment policies, which are outlined at the point of purchase.

3.2 Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of our services. Taxes will be clearly displayed at the time of booking, as required by law.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy, which is available on our website and at the point of booking.

4.2 Partner Cancellations: If a Partner cancels your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and attempt to reschedule the appointment. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund as per our policy.

 

5. Customer Conduct

5.1 Respectful Interaction: You agree to interact respectfully with Partners and other users of our platform. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards Partners or other customers will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5.2 Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities while using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, misusing our platform, attempting to bypass security measures, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to compliance with these Terms.
